What are some good california universities for psychology?

I want to move to california after high-school because i’m tired of rainy washington. I have a 3.73 GPA at the moment. I want to become an addiction specialist so what are some good universities in southern california? Again 3.73 gpa dont do any sports so no extremely picky schools like Stanford. Thanks.
