When I’m with a group of smokers and offered a cigarette, what are quick witty excuses for declining? I’m tired of using “No thanks, I’m good” or “No thanks, trying to quit”. I’m not going to be rude or lecture the smokers. If adults want to smoke that’s their business. I’m the one hanging around them, not the other way around. Got any clever suggestions?

(I’m in my 30s, not a teenager under peer pressure.)

I just tell them, bad for your health and I love my health without that garbage in it
