i got a friend who has found herself in a pretty hairy situation. First her and her bf were raided and the police found one bag in their house, but this bag contained all the ingrediants needed to make meth, as well as 4 old jars. This all happened in MI, ive spent countless hours looking for helpful sights, and have come up with nothing. FYI, neither have any drug related priors, but the bf has an outstanding warrant in AZ for the same offense, as well as a few other misdeameanor warrants in other states. Once convicted will he be bounced around the country to face his other charges, or not?

First of all, distance yourself from freaky meth heads. Even if your friend wasn’t one, dating a bf with a history of meth involvement meant she would be soon.
Second, it is at least a felony. I can tell you prison is a possibility for the both of them. For him, more likely.
As for going back to AZ, he will be extradited to face his sentencing or trial if AZ wants him. And on that type of crime, AZ is likely going to extradite.
