Weed is the problem!!!!!?

Okay, I just got out of rehab for an addiction to crystal meth, I am still with the same guy that I was with when I entered treatment. Well, he quit using meth on his own because he didn’t want me around it when i got out for fear i would relapse, okay im 18, in school, work a part time job, and have my own car, and im saving up for my own place, he on the other hand has no job, quit school, and lives with his grandparents, he lays on his ass all day and smokes weed. When i get my check i always give him a little money to buy cigarettes and gas to come see me, well he always ended up buyin weed with all his money so i would just go pick him up, take him out to eat and buy him whatever clothes he wanted, I didn’t ever get a thank you so I stopped that shit after about 3 months, Anytime he comes up with a little bit of money he spends it all on weed he has never taken me out to eat or on a date and didn’t even buy me a valentines gift but he had weed that day,
i never minded him smokin weed but it has gotten to the point of where if he dont have it he is not happy, I want to leave him so bad but i dont know how to end it, what should i do, i wanna try to work it out but i dont know what to say without him gettin mad, or think im tryin to change him please help….?
