Question by bush-deathgrip: we lock up drug offenders, and not offer them treatment,surprised they still use drugs?
if they dont get treatment, and the vast majority of them receive no treatment in prison…..is it cost effective to lock them up over and over?

its costing $ 1200 dollars a year for each taxpayer for this “solution”…..and its only going up.

i am sick of paying for everyone elses problems and issues..wheter it be am soil or abroad….
