LOS ANGELES – TROUBLED US starlet Lindsay Lohan has been summoned to appear in court this week after failing a drugs test in breach of her bail conditions, officials said on Monday. In her latest brush with the law, the 24-year-old could be thrown back into jail for 30 days after admitting failing a regular court-ordered drugs test the week before last.
