Want to change my life through Christian based Rehabilitation Center. Where?

Basic question: Looking for a Christian based Rehabilitation Center for addiction, and depression in California. Any suggestions to that such of a half-way house or any other type of programs I don’t know about.

I am an addict, clinically depressed, the structure in my life has caved in and i’ve dropped out of school 5 years in a row. I need to escape reality so I play video games, isolate, and use drugs. I know I can quit using but the depression is so horrible. I want my life back, I can’t keep living here in my parents house. I want to contribute to society. Where is there a place that can help me get my life together. I am looking for like a half-way house type deal. I am open to any suggestions- there is no easy way out I learned that, but I will do anything to get out of my depression, anxiety, using. I have to grow up, become a man and if I have to go through a boot camp to get there then so be it.
