Bob Arum *Pacquiao’s Top Rank Promoter*, Oscar De la Hoya *Golden Boy Promoter* and Roger Mayweather *Mayweather Jr.’s uncle and coach* believe the fight “Will” happen disregarding on Mayweather Jr.’s retirement claim. However, Leonard Ellerbe *Mayweather Jr.’s adviser*, David Mayo *lead insider for the Mayweather Camp* and Floyd Mayweather Sr. *Mayweather Jr.’s father* believe the fight “Will Never” happen disregarding on the negotiations between two camps. this is just too weird, confusing and frustrating to see what and who is really telling the progress of the negotiations between Team Mayweather and Team Pacquiao.
