Two immiscible rotating fluids (Lagrangian Side)

Two immiscible rotating fluids (water and kitchen oil) rotate at a regular speed. Kelvin Helmholtz waves are noticeable at first but as solid motion is achieved they become less and less noticeable since the difference in the motion of the speeds of the fluid becomes smaller and smaller. There are also other noticeable interesting effects like the cone for water looking upwards for a long time. Lagrangian view from the side
