Two face meth charges after deputies make arrest near Monterey
A man and woman face charges of possessing crystal methamphetamine and a meth pipe after sheriff’s deputies tried to arrest the man Saturday on a warrant. The Sheriff’s Office said deputies went to 7172 Oak Tree Place about 3 p.m. to arrest James Thomas Pascho, 41.
