BLUFFDALE, Utah (ABC 4 News) – Tuesday is graduation day at the Utah State Prison, 300 inmates received their high school diplomas. And, for those graduates it means a fresh start. Patricia Staley says they day she came to prison she thought her life was over. But, she says now, she knows she was wrong. She told her story in a graduation speech.
