Question by nick b: Trying to help a desperate friend?
Hi all, my friend (lets call him Tyler) has a 2.5 GPA and hes worried he wont get into college. Tyler recently ran away from his parents who moved to NC and he now lives in an unknown location. I talk to him daily on the phone and my worries increase everyday. His voice is so raspy and I suspect respiratory problems due to the alarming number of cats he owns. Tyler has given up all hope and won’t even finish his online Geometry class. He has developed an addiction to crystal meth and even started to deal drugs. This was a kid who once aspired to be on the Egyptian (his nationality) national soccer team but got addicted to the online sensation of World of Warcraft and stopped playing soccer. PLEASE if you could write some advice for him on here that could help him get his life back on track I would greatly appreciate it.
