Woman ordered to complete drug treatment
A woman who forged a bankruptcy judge’s signature was ordered by a federal judge Thursday to complete inpatient treatment for methamphetamine abuse. Terah Mumau pleaded guilty to committing the forgery Oct. 28 in the Texarkana division of the Western District of Arkansas.
