HELLO GUYS, I USED TO HAVE COUPLE OF DRINKS EVERY DAY FOR ALMOST 20 YEARS, THAN SUDDENLY 2 YEARS BACK I STARTED GETTING SYMPTOMS LIKE FLUSHING, HEADACHE, SLEEP, ABDOMINAL BLOATING, NAUSEA, NOW EVEN A SIP OF ALCOHOL GIVES ME THESE SYMPTOMS, CAN ANY ONE HELP ME, ADVICE ME WHY THIS IS HAPPENING TO ME, WHAT IS THE TREATMENT FOR THIS, I REALLY WANT TO ENJOY COUPLE OF DRINKS IN EVENINGS WITH MY FAMILY AND FRIENDS.

Sounds like you may have developed a mild allergy (yes, allergy) to alcohol. You can try mead which is a honey wine – has no grain in it. It is very potent though and only a little bit can get one drunk quickly. I have only been able to find it online or at renaissance faires. Otherwise, just pick up some bottles of sparkling juice (in my area one can find these flavors: peach, cherry, apple, grape – white and red varieties, cranberry) and drink that instead.
