Three arrested on meth-manufacturing charges
A Mountain Home area woman, Kiana S. Hays, 20, and a St. Joe man, Jorden M. Watts, 19, were arrested July 1 at a state Highway 5 South residence and charged with manufacturing methamphetamine and additional felony charges after a search of the residence, according to a press release from Baxter County sheriff’s office.
