Question by mason: The state took my CDL for refusing a pre employment drug test.?
I went for a job interview and they told me and I had the job. I went to the collector and give a specimen and the the manager of the place said my specimen was out of the Temperature range.Me and the collector told him it clearly read 98 degrees like any other specimen I ever gave read.Any way he told me he wanted a directly observed specimen.OK I am 20 years old and I cant pee in front of my girlfriend much less a complete stranger.I tried so hard I could not do it.Dude sitting there telling me about how he had 2 do it in the army and stuff.I thought I am doing all this for a job i wasn’t that interested in because of the hour ride i would have to take every morning and shitty pay so I said forget I cant do it so I left felling humiliated.Female collector and all laughing and they new i couldn’t do that.By the way at 2pm today i got a letter from the STATE DOT stating i cannot operate Commercial vehicles until i go though drug counseling.
The observed collector was a male!!!!The female was the original collector of the unobserved specimen.

I would hire an attorney and sue them. They are saying guilty until proven innocent. And the testing people.
