Question by Joe S: The doughnut guy is tweaking what should I do?
I work in a small grocery store and the vendor who brings the donuts was really tweaked on meth tonight. It was obvious. I feel sorry for the guy but It really disturbed me. Should I complain to the company or just let it go?

Why don’t you talk to him before talking about it behind his back?

Next time he brings donuts to your grocery store, if he’s in the same state he was last time, go up to him and ask if he’s okay. Tell him how you feel about that, and if he comes to work high again after your discussion, bring it up with your company manager or maybe someone who can get him some help.
