The Bridge Information

The Bridge is a ‘pre evangelism’ ministry providing an environment for young people (both believers and non-believers) that cultivates relationship growth, stimulates thought on relevant issues, and provides resources for anyone who wants to know more about their maker. This event is all ages, drug and alcohol free and held at Dural Sports centre (the same facility used for Dural Baptist Church). The organising team mainly consists of young people from Dural Baptist Church who share a passion to serve similar aged people of the surrounding community. The nights consist of a number of performances from quality local & interstate bands/performers and also uses a variety of audio visual productions aimed at creating awareness on ‘teen related’ issues such as drug and alcohol abuse, social Justice and other relevant topics. There have been three Bridge events so far which have proved to be a success bringing together not only young people of the Community but neighbouring churches & youth groups, parents, and other organizations. We envisage for this ministry to grow (God willing), and have a heart for the Local community and the release of Gods kingdom throughout.
