Barron County, Wisconsin’s Safe and Stable Families Coalition is spearheading a health and wellness campaign, focussing on preventing underage drinking. One of their pro-active projects is to get local teens, agencies and the community involved in making a music video about topic, learn from it and use it to educate their community.
