Texas friendly people?

I was born in North Dakota. I live in Texas all my life so far and so currently(lets see; i lived in ND for 6 years and my old fellow North Dakotans would greet me and my family every time they walk by my house and drivers there honk at you no other reasons than waving and smiling at you; Texas 11 majority years). It really suprises me when people on forums about Texans are the “friendliest” people. I know every country and its states and provinces are populated with jerks even in TX and ND. Ironically, I encounter these people everyday and its exactly the opposite! like life doesnt even make sense. Those bastards including employees in many stores dont even smile and greet you n say “how u doing today?” I look at Texas WTF! Ive went to Florida on vacation and I have met way more friendlier drivers and employees who are happy to engage me into conversations. now Texas drivers, their mentally (especially of pickup truck drivers) is “YEAAA! I love ma car, Im more important than anyone else XD!!!” and use their vehicles as weapons instead of driving very safely and honk at you and scream out insults(very similar to LA “never been there but heard the statistics”). I miss ND and i cant wait to move back there!
OH YEA one more thing! Dont think I wont get defensive if any of you Texans think you can stomp on my rant because IM PROUD TO BE FROM ANOTHER STATE BITCH!! N no I dont hate TX but its over-anti-state liberals are my problem.

Texas does have friendly people, every state does.

The world is full of different people..no more than another.
