Depuy Hip Replacement Recall Results In Three Canadian Class Action Lawsuits
DePuy Orthopaedics recalled 93,000 hip replacements worldwide in the summer of 2010. Since then, lawsuits against the manufacturer of the defective ASR XL Acetabular Hip System and the ASR Hip Resurfacing System began mounting.
