i used to do cocaine when i was in high school and some of college, and i will forever be in recovery (been clean for 2.5 years). my sister is 26 and just admitted to me (probably while she was high) that she “occasionally” does coke. how do i tell my parents that she needs help? i know what she’s going through and i know all of the tricks. her demeanor and mental behaviour shows that she is more than “doing it occasionally” so i want to get her help. anyone have any words on how i should tackle this?
p.s. my parents would have to be involved because she is dependent on them, has a few disorders, and still lives at home.

Tell them. No tricks, no secrets just do it. No matter how you tell them or what you say, they will be upset so you just have to tell them.
