Drug addict sent to prison for fatal Kelowna hit and run
Dwayne Munk, 33, has been sentenced to four years in prison after pleading guilty to leaving the scene of an accident that killed a 78-year-old Korean War vet. Arthur Horton died in a Kelowna ditch in July 2009.
