Cambridge daycare center for homeless kids at risk of closing
Massachusetts’ first-ever day-care center for homeless children, based in Cambridge, is now at risk of shutting its doors because of a loss of state funding. The Salvation Army’s Our Place day-care center at 402 Mass. Ave. is one of two places in the state where homeless people can bring their infants and toddlers during the day.
