Pot plants found near Dover
By Whitney Snipes [email protected] Chad Walters Jr., 21, was arrested Friday on suspicion of manufacturing a controlled substance (marijuana). District Judge Don Bourne ordered Walters held on a $ 10,000 bond. If charged, he will appear Oct. 18 in Pope County Circuit Court.
