Sort-of armed robbery, possibly 3 counts. How much time could he be looking at?

Question by Brianna: Sort-of armed robbery, possibly 3 counts. How much time could he be looking at?
I don’t think he actually took-out the gun, he just opened his jacket to show the person he had a gun.

He took money from a mini-golf and a shaved-ice stand. He possibly tried another place, but I’m not sure. What kind of time could this kid be looking at?

He’s only 21, oh and he has a juvenile record involving either just selling or making and selling meth.

What’s the best case and worst case length of his stay?
I have zero experience in this, which is why I said “sort-of”.

No, he’s not my son, but he is a family member.

I was just wondering how old he might be when they let him out. Worse case scenario I guess would be 20 years per count, which would make him 81.

It’s a shame really, but oh well…I was just curious. Thanks! 🙂
