Sleeping pill overdose?

Question by f!zzlepop: Sleeping pill overdose?
I know it’s terrible to become dependent upon sleeping pills, but I have an addiction. Before you say “GET HELP!” I already did. I went to a sleep therapist and was given prescription medication (Lunesta 1mg) however I ran out of that weeks ago and I have to wait for my mother to bring my prescription to me (I’m 4hrs away at college, plus she has my prescription)

Last night I took: 2 Tylenol Cold Night time (I’m sick at the moment), (5) up and up sleep aid, (2) Sleep MD, and (2) Nature Made Sleep. I didn’t intend to take so many pills; I don’t want to kill myself. Believe it or not I take sleeping pills without realizing it; my body’s so accustomed to doing it–it just happens automatically.

I currently have pain in the lower part of my stomach (it’s bloated) and still can’t function properly (still groggy, body feels incredibly heavy, and I can’t focus that well at the moment)

I’ve never experienced stomach pain with sleeping pills. I’ve had blood test done for my sleep therapist and the results were negative for stomach bleeding (this is about 2 months back; I’ve been a sleeping pill addict for 3 years, I’m 18 now)
