Should people who abuse their bodies (alcohol, tobacco, obesity, drugs) be required to pay a “health tax”?
Does non-compliance to medical plans of care justify reducing access to care or limited intervention?
I’m not putting this question out there as a judgement. I’m truly interested in how people feel about some of the ideas that have been presented as part of universal health care. Please don’t think I’m making a statement in the question. I would be one of the people getting penalized!
