Question by KEVIN ROBERTS: Should I have reservations about hiring a “reformed” felon and drug addict?
I’m a small business owner. I have been asked to give a person a job and help give them a second chance at life. This person is 14 months clean and is out of prison after serving time for drug trafficking. What types of things should i consider? Should i make other employees aware this person has a record?

i cant give you a yes or no answer without meeting the person. its really up to your gut.he wasnt a serial killer, he just ran drugs. dont tell your staff.
