Question by dumanddummer: Should I accept a felony conviction to get out of jail?
The State Attorney said if i accept a felony conviction they will let me out time served, no more probation and no drug treatment I really want to get out of jail because it is miserable in here should I take the conviction I am 21?My other choice is 90 days plus drug program and continued probation for five years. I resisted arrest with violence and plead to 3rd degree felony charge initially in lieu of jail 3 years probation. I violated once testing positive for cocaine and again for being out past curfew. I am back in jail now.
