Should concerned members here warn against drug abuse and report questions and answers about getting high?

Based on the results of a recent question asked, the large majority of members who replied agreed that this was not the proper forum for questions and advice about getting high, illegal street drugs or prescription drug abuse. Do you think it would be a good idea to warn users about the dangers of doing such things and/or to report such questions and answers as a violation of community guidlelines?

Drug abuse can be harmful and even fatal, and I do not believe that free speech extends to speech that could entice others to do something that is either harmful of illegal. Neither do I believe that questions about getting high or drug abuse have any place in a forum for Alternative Medicine. Since there appears to be no screening for such questions and answers, perhaps we could point out the dangers and let others know that such things are not appropriate or welcome here. I think such questions and answers are a blight on this entire section and may drive away people who see harmful information who otherwise might ask and get help.
EDIT – Evirus (the naysayer) and Rhianna, nothing in this question makes it appropriate for either of you to take yet another shot at alternative medicine, the title of this section. Do we really want to get into a comparison of a handful of deaths each year attributable to supplements and alternative healing and the hundreds of thousands due to prescription drugs and medical errors?

Stay with the question at hand please.
Regarding YA Community Guidelines and TOS, it IS a violation to advise in favor doing something illegal as well as to advise or post anything potentially harmful to minors. Reporting them is therefore being a good community member.

Harm to minors is specifically mentioned as a reason for reporting a violation.

YA Community Guidelines states:

Violating the law

“Members of Yahoo! Answers are not above the law, so don’t post anything that violates the laws of your country, state, province, or city.”

Numerous laws exist to the effect that “A person who intentionally aids or advises another in committing a crime may be guilty of aiding and abetting, and may be criminally liable for the acts of the other person, as well.”

Thus a person who advises someone how to use drugs may be liable for any criminal act that may ensue as a result.

YA has never failed to delete a question or answer about illegal or harmful drug use I have reported. Accounts have been suspended as well.
