Should all Asthma sufferers feel guilty about using marijuana?

Question by Terrania: Should all Asthma sufferers feel guilty about using marijuana?
. A few years ago I moved to a state that has substantial penalties for Marijuana use and was forced to rely on Singulair, Advair and Combivent inhalers. I have many side effects from at least 2 of these drugs which have significant impact on my well being. I have a kidney problem and the drug for that cannot be used in conjunction with the these drugs.

The side effect of marijuana usage is severe if caught by the authorities in many states. Smoking is not the most effective means of ingesting marijuana, inhaling smoke can trigger symptoms or increase the risk of lung problems, regardless of the substance being burned…
The usage of Marijuana eases these symptoms substantially and a vaporizer is the best method of ingestion I learned. As far as feeling guilty, I think such emotions are misplaced when the factor contributing the most to this asthma is diesel exhaust, fabric softeners and certain fragrances and chemicals in everyday contact.
Vaporizing is not the same as combustion.

I find it interesting that the status of most answers ignore the written details in a panic to condemn. Perhaps you should not let rush limbaugh, the AMA and assorted religious kooks do your thinking for you? Read the entire statement and think for a second. I find it scary that what amounts to the only relief is
so frightening to the average person….

If I had a choice between choking on exhaust fumes, chemicals in the air and water or injesting marijuana I would not find it hard to decide. Perhaps you are unconcerned about pollution and more worried about marijuana based on fallacies and presumptions? Remember that the illegal status of the herb was brought about by both big tobacco, pharmaceutical and alchohol companies, all of these groups lobby extensively and obviously effectively to limit choice.

Asthma suffferers should feel guilty about doing anything that makes their asthma worse. If they don’t feel guilty, then I don’t feel badly for them. That’s their choice, not mine.
