What would the sentence include for a 16 year old boy caught with a secret meth Lab area where he cooked and sold meth?

For his first offense.

1 to 3 years .. 1st degree felony.. manufacture with intent to distribute .. can add on another 3 years for the lab. even with a very lenient judge .. get ready to do 2 years with probation on the rest of the sentence. plus any added time for other charges and counts .. he very well could get 10 years . split between a youth prison and transferred to a federal lock up at the age of 18 to serve the rest of the time. depending on the state and federal charges ..
