Question by Ruby: Senate Armed Services Committee finds the president & secretary responsible for war crimes?
December 11, 2008

Why was that story under-played in mainstream media?

Senate Report Links Bush to Detainee Homicides; Media Yawns

(capitalization added for emphasis).

The links to the summary of conclusions are available on this page:

What moral authority do we have if we fail to hold our own war criminals to account? Does that double standard not serve to motivate our enemies?

Why did the media grossly underplay this story?
Thanks for the answers so far. Someone please answer my question – why was the story underplayed in the mainstream media???
