Russia to lead int’l coalition against drug production in Afghanistan
Russia is ready to lead an international anti-drug coalition, Federal Anti-Drug Committee Chairman (FSKN) Viktor Ivanov said. He believes that since Russia is the main target of Afghan drug production, it should lead an international movement against it.
