BULLITT COUNTY, Ky. (WHAS11) — The family of a missing Bullitt County teenager, who disappeared a week ago, is now offering a reward. Police say she may be with a convicted sex offender who is also missing. Brittney Kostes, 19, was supposed to testify against 35-year-old Roy Vernon Elwell next week.
