Reporting a Commercial Driver to the DOT for drug use?

Question by tristan: Reporting a Commercial Driver to the DOT for drug use?
I have a coworker who drives large trucks loaded with hazmat, the problem is that he is using drugs(meth) and has become a danger to myself and others. my work will not do anything so the next step would be to report him to the Department of Transportation but i have no idea how.

anyone know of any place where this issue can be reported?
