I want to know how much time is deducted from someones sentence if they get into the rehabilitation program when in prison. My husband is doing 5 years and I want to know how much time can be deducted in the state of arizona. He used to be a drug addict and alcoholic.

or at least an estimate. I’ve heard 18 months deduction but unsure.
Yes he is still a drug addict and an alcoholic. He won’t get parole because he is illegal we just want a deduction.

Honey, he’s still an alcoholic and drug addict. Always will be. It’s how he’s dealt with his addictions that will determine if he gets parole. He needs you and other family members to prove to the parole board that he has a stable environment to come home to.
