I love drugs
Drugs love me
crack cocaine
and execs
with a sniff sniff here
and injection there
now im in intensive care

To me, It would ‘ve sounded better in the past tense:
I loved drugs
and (they sure) loved me
crack cocaine and execs
(I knew
they ‘d take me somewhere)
with a sniff sniff here
and injection there
now (I am) in intensive care.
