Here’s my response to Killersepp. The main thing I want to point out is a slight variation to my original statement on marijuana and schizophrenia… ADOLESCENT marijuana use is a causal FACTOR in schizophrenia. It does not cause schizophrenia, in that marijuana use is a requirement of schizophrenia. It’s far more complex than that. But peer reviewed evidence indicates that if you smoke marijuana as an adolescent, you increase your chances of schizophrenia occuring later in life… making it a cause. Please, look them up before you try and say that the studies relateed to marijuana and schizophrenia are irrelevant or flawed. But… given the evidence sited by Killersepp, I’d like to change my statement. It IS safe to legalise marijuana.
