RCMP dismantle large ecstasy lab in Abbotsford

“Any time you can shut down a facility such as this that is capable of mass producing a very dangerous drug it counts as a victory. Our primary goal is to keep people safe by ensuring that illicit drugs don’t reach the streets,” explains Sgt. Dave Goddard of the Greater Vancouver Drug Section. “When you look at the types of chemicals that are used to manufacture drugs such as ecstasy and what their actual purpose is it is shocking. There is no way that people should be ingesting these in any form.”
