okay ive been working for radioshack for 3 weeks or so now, been through all the computer training, been on the floor and trying to help customers, but every customer i get im effing lost on what they need or want because i had no extra training or help with ANYTHING in the store. my manager a dumbass and lazy and wont help me! serkiously. i dont know what connectors or resistors are i dont fuckin know what these cables are or y adapters why the F didnt i get trained on this stuff? i DEFINITELY try i go around my store reading backs of packages and looking up info on the internet and still am lost on how things work! some packages even say “refer to associate for help” …the effing associate (me) doesnt know ! my managers and co workers are no effing help i want this job and want to be good at it and i fucking feel lost at my own job and its the worst feeling in the world. days go by i have to constantly be up someones ass to ask questions about..well everything, i mean theres easy things like trying to sell cases screen protectors other attachs to like cell phone but other things i just dont even effing know like antennas? i dont fucin kno shit and no one will help i need help someone please help. cant find shyt on the internet

excuse my language but im freaking FED up its not fair and i should get more training. i cant just quit and its WAY too hard to get a job around here!

I suggest you call a general manager about requesting more training if your current manager want help.Also talk to co-workers address one question aday and try and learn about it.I understand your frustration,with my current job they supplied me six hours of training.In my training I was by myself the whole time at a computer self teaching myself( I work in hearing in balance.).So go to a higher authority within the company express that you want to do the best job you can, and with more training you can.
