Addiction is an awful monster when practiced in a negative way. This in term of using drug, alcohol, masturbation, smoking and the likes have destroyed countless number of destinies that have been planned for celebration. And this topic which has been a matter of impossibility to most lives, most especially the young people.

Therefore, this topic is being choosing as a result of wonderful destinies that are being ruined instead of being celebrated, such destinies that is being seen crumble as a result of negative practices of this topic.

Addiction comes from habit, and can be seen in different forms as I have written from the initial stage of this article. That is, from masturbation, which is a kind of constant of rubbing with your hands your genital organs till an arrival of climax is attained? This is also called self sex .Also; addiction can come also from abuse of drug, like cocaine, heroine, Indian hemp and the likes. Many destinies have been packed to insanity as a result of this.Moreover, excess use of alcohol and smoking is another force of addiction that needs to be attended to.And we see that all these come as a result of pressure from friends, misleading commercial advert, books, magazine and the likes.

                                               HOW TO QUIT

-Watch who your friend is, or who you move it.

-Watch what you read like; novels, magazine that gives unwarranted sexual feelings or attracted you to alcohol, or cigarette.

-Watch the movies you watch.

-The movie you hear most be taken care of.

-Go for medical check up to erase any kind guilty bad feelings.

-Beef up spiritually. This is necessary for your spiritual healing, like praying to God always and reading the scripture. And

-Occupy with something reasonable and useful.

So friend I think I have achieve my aim of this article, which is to help taking addiction out of your prosperous destiny.
