These compounds have a half-life (the amount of time it takes for half of the compound to clear your system). There is very little you can do to “speed up” this process. Particularly with fat-soluble compounds like THC.

The right answer is not to consume/ingest/introduce these substances into your body in the first place.

There isn’t one…de-toxing is a fallacy.
Just let the body do its work…it will happen naturally in its own time.
