Do meth users ALWAYS no matter what always have scabs on their face? What if they are only occasional users of it? There are no sores on her face , but she goes on sprees sometimes where she thinks bugs are in her skin and theres alot of other signs i have that shes on meth but the scars on the face is the only thing that makes me think well maybe shes just wierd. If there are no scars on your face is that the only determining factor that says shes not using meth. ?

She has a bad case of meth mites… She needs to go get some special shampoo from her dealer.
