Question about meth overdose(please help ASAP!)?

I’m a 19 year old female who smoked meth for the fist tme 4 days ago. I smoked way more than I should have. The morning after it happened I ended up in the ER due to an extremely fast heart beat, high blood pressure, difficulty breathing and chest pain. I stayed in the ER for 2 days and just got home yesterday and am still having all the same symptoms. I’m scared that I mght have overdosed and am going to have serious problems and I don’t know what to do. I don’t want to go back to the ER because they will probally just send me home after dong a few tests and what not. Oh yeah and how long does t take to die from a meth overdose? Could it be possible for me to get a heart attack or have liver damage after four days and ths being my frst time of using meth?
