Puppy killer sentenced to 8-23 months, plus anger management
A Penn Township man who beat and strangled an 8-month-old cocker spaniel to death on Nov. 19 was sentenced today to 9-23 months, with the possibility of early parole for inpatient alcohol and anger managament treatment.
