Post Acute Withdrawal Syndrome?

Question by Existential Blues: Post Acute Withdrawal Syndrome?
What is the proper treatment for Post Acute Withdrawal Syndrome? I can’t find a good site that actually says HOW to treat it, and I am still looking for a competent doctor, but have yet to find one in my area. Also, relapse isn’t an issue. How do I get over this and make my brain work again? I’ve read it can last all your life if you don’t treat it. But there has to be more than just taking vitamins and exercising to get better because those things aren’t working real great for me right now. It’s been three months! Please help if you have any tips.
