CRIMINAL MISCHIEF: Aaron R. Knowles, 26, 111 Cottage St., Apt. 31, was charged Saturday with resisting arrest, second-degree obstruction of governmental administration, third-degree auto stripping, possession of burglary tools and two counts of fourth-degree criminal mischief.
