Man arrested with meth lab in backpack
— Muskogee police officer Seth Paris seized a meth lab that was found in a backpack Monday. Chad McBride, 30, was arrested at Osage and Sallie streets in possession of drug paraphernalia (syringe) and components of a meth lab, said Special Investigations Unit Lt. Andy Simmons.
